Part of helping raise awareness and educating others on skin cancer is the annual fundraiser pageant for Relay for Life. All cancer is serious and through Relay for Life, we can help find a cure. The pageant was started to not only be a fundraiser, but also an outreach to community. Many young girls have learned about skin cancer through competing in the pageant and gained confidence while having fun and raising money for a great cause. This is a great pageant for girls competing for the first time or anyone who just loves competing in pageants. Through this pageant, MAPP has been able to raise over $6000 for Relay for Life.
The MAPP Queens are asked to help throughout the year at events and make appearances.
